The Founder of the company has more than 15 years of retail and corporate banking experience; with ten years experience in various senior banking positions in South Africa and the Middle East. He gained an in-depth understanding of the Dubai property market heading the Home Finance Sales and Distribution division for HSBC Bank Middle East Ltd. Over a period of three years overseeing the bank’s mortgage business, he achieved a seven-fold increase in assets, and today the bank is the number one international mortgage lender in the UAE.
Actively involved in the UAE mortgage industry, he participated in the initial discussions with the Dubai Land Department to establish a Mortgage Law; participated in the UAE Lenders Forum; and helped identify, develop and implement a market leading mortgage processing and work-flow technology for HSBC.
